By submitting your song you agree to the following terms:

Ownership / Permission:

You will only submit music you either own or have received permission from the copyright holder(s) to submit. You will be held 100% liable for any claims, losses, and/or damages that arise from submissions you were not permitted to submit. Under no circumstances will Poetic Studios and/or it’s affiliates be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused in connection to your submission.

Waiver of Rights:

You agree and understand that Poetic Studios and it’s affiliates have permission to publicly broadcast, critique, and/or alter your submission. And that your submission may be used in, or to create, educational materials, marketing/promotional materials, entertainment materials, or for any other commercial purpose without expectation of compensation or notice.

Community Submissions:

Each member of the Genius Playhouse Creative Community is entitled to 1 submission each livestream. You or someone from your party must stick around to re-submit your song into the Genius Playhouse Creative Community Submissions Tab until your name/song is called. There is no guarantee if or when your song will be played.

Priority Queue Submissions:

(Limit 1 Per Person Per Livestream)

By submitting a Priority Queue submission you agree and understand our only guarantee is your song will be added to the Priority Queue in the same order we received payment. This does not guarantee when your song will be played as Super Skips may still bypass the Priority Queue. You or someone from your party must stick around to re-submit your song into the Genius Playhouse Creative Community Submissions Tab until your name/song is called. A Priority Queue submission is an upgrade from your weekly community submission and does not entitle you to a second song in that livestream.

SuperSkip Subissions:

(Limit 1 Per Person Per Livestream)

By submitting a SuperSkip submission you agree and understand we only guarantee your song will be added to the SuperSkip queue in the same order we received payment. You or someone from your party must stick around to re-submit your song into the Genius Playhouse Creative Community Submissions Tab until your name/song is called. A SuperSkip submission is an upgrade from your weekly community submission and does not entitle you to submitting a second song in the same livestream.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued if your song was not played due to issues/errors made by Poetic Studios (i.e. livestream crashes and is unable to return online, medical emergency causes livestream to end early, etc). If you submit a Priority Queue or Super Skip submission your song will be added to the respective queue. You or someone from your party must stick around to re-submit your song into the Genius Playhouse Creative Community Submissions Tab until your name/song is called. If we cannot find your submission and no one from your party is around to re-submit your song, we will honor that submission in the same category at a future stream. It is up to you to notify us when you would like to claim your Priority Queue or Super Skip submission (We may ask for a serial #, transaction #, date, and/or email that the submission was purchased with). No refunds after song has been played. Community Submissions do not stack or accumulate.
