By submitting creative work for the Genius Playhouse Community EP you agree to the following terms:

The project created from community submissions shall be distributed to all major streaming platforms and professionally administered by Poetic Records. All contributors who’s work is selected to be part of the final project shall be credited and paid royalties for their contributions to the project.

Poetic Records shall collect all monies internationally and payout profits as such:

• 80% to be split equally among contributors in the Genius Playhouse Creative Community

• 20% to be retained by the company (helps pay for administrative costs and future community opportunities)

All contributions:

1. MUST be original work

2. MUST NOT infringe on any Trademark, Copyright, or Intelectual Property that is NOT owned or controlled by the contributor

   1. Poetic Records will not be held liable for any Trademark, Copyright, or Intelectual Property infringement.

   2. Liability will fall to the contributor who contributed the infringement.

   By submitting your contribution you give Poetic Records exclusive rights to publish, distribute, manage, and administer the submitted work worldwide in perpetuity.

   By submitting your contribution, you give Poetic Records the non-exclusive right to your name, image, and likeness for marketing and other business purposes.
